Creative Structures brings a fresh approach to development and construction underpinned by more than 30 years combined experience.  We are a South Australian building company with a clear focus on construction quality, client experience and timely builds. We specialise in custom homes and medium density developments.

· 10+ years specialising in Total Quality Management, Sales and Construction

JAMES DOYLE - Director

· Project Manager
· 10 years construction experience
· James specialises in medium density residential and commercial developments
· Qualifications include a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics

RYAN DE VISSER - Director

· Construction Manager overseeing all projects and liaising with clients
· 5+ years construction experience
· Ryan is experienced in managing medium density residential and commercial developments
· Qualifications include Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics
· 5 years Hotel Management experience

JACK JUNIPER - Site Supervisor

· Site Manager
· 5+ years as a supervisor from commercial contractors
· Jack is experienced in managing trades and scheduling project deliveries

We have been operating in South Australia since 2008 although our team has combined industry experience of more than 30 years. Our process is open and transparent and focused on the client experience.

Creative Structures works closely with its clients to ensure that their investment works best for them from a design, contractual documentation and construction point of view. Our projects vary in size from single homes up to 20-dwelling developments, and our single dwelling build contracts range from $200K up to $3.0M
